Cancellation and Refund
Life is full of surprises, and we know that plans can shift. That’s why our Cancellation and Refund policy is crafted to give you comfort and flexibility in case you need to change or cancel your order.
- If you accidentally deposit too much money or make a deposit in error, we will return the excess or incorrect amount within three weeks, provided you notify us within two days of the transaction. However, if an author decides to withdraw their paper from the journal or cancel their conference registration, a full refund is not possible. Refunds will incur an administrative fee, and any bank charges will also be the responsibility of the registrant.
- Once Quillcraft receives the approved charge, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes cancellations due to issues like duplicate publication, plagiarism, misconduct, authorship disputes, ethical concerns, etc. No refund will be issued for papers canceled after being scheduled in a conference session.
- If a paper is not accepted or doesn’t reach the review stage, we may publish it in another journal with the author’s consent, but no refund will be given for withdrawal, non-revision, or if the paper is already published or online.
- Once a paper is published, or if it’s removed for copyright infringement or other issues, there are no refunds or debt cancellations. Corrections to articles post-publication/indexing are not allowed without an extra charge, depending on the nature of the changes.
- Delays in publication may occur due to the publisher’s schedule with upcoming issues, and no refunds or debt cancellations will be provided in these instances.
